We are currently looking for domiciliary support workers, drivers essentially, due to the short visits to service users homes. Experience is a bonus but not required, because we deliver a full induction and training.
You will work on your own when you feel ready! It is important that during training you feel free to communicate any doubts, anything you are unsure, we will be glad to explain things as many times required and help you with your competences. We are here for you!

Our Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process has a minimum of three stages, easy and fast:

Phone Interview
We will contact you for a friendly phone interview, this is most to give you an idea of what the job entails.

WhatsApp Interview / Office Interview
We will ask you to hold a WhatsApp video interview where we can talk about us and yourself, general questions like about your experience in care or other sectors.
